Bleak Metal is extremely honoured to present Caïna live as a full band for the very first time in their ten year history. Usually a solo project, Caïna is doing something incredibly special for the ten year anniversary of the band which will be taking place at Camden’s Black Heart on Saturday July 5.
Supporting at this event will be the Manchester based groups Esoteric Youth and Old Skin, both label mates on cult imprint Church Of Fuck and both absolutely fantastic. In addition to playing these sets, members from both acts will be a part of the live Caïna experience giving Andy Curtis-Brignell’s back catalogue the kind of atmosphere that it hasn’t been able to suffer under as yet.
The latest addition to the line up is the wonderful chaps of Harrowed who have kindly agreed to lend their frenetic energy to the evening.

The set will comprise of selected titles from the Caïna back catalogue along with some newer material which includes the track “We Sleep,” taken from a split cassette with Esoteric Youth due soon on Church Of Fuck and Swarm Of Nails.
In addition to Andy’s pre-determined set list, we will also be taking fan suggestions for what you want to hear live. Please submit a maximum of three songs for consideration to the Caïna facebook page with the subject line/note of CXCOF by Sunday March 9. The event will be recorded for a future release so please submit your favourite tracks as this is likely to be an extreme one off occasion.

Tickets will be priced at £6 in advance (no booking fee) and the price will be £8 on the door should you wish to wait. Please bring a copy of your PayPal receipt or a screencap of your confirmation. Please turn up with all members of your ticketed party if you’re buying one for a friend. Please don’t buy a ticket if you are under 18 years old as The Black Heart is strictly an 18+ venue. If you make this mistake you will not be refunded.
